Official
An automaton [???!!! His Tekken2 outfit doesn´t look like a robo-Yoshi! *Tenshimitsu*] in the form of a ninja swordsmaster, nobody knows where Yoshimitsu comes from or why he has entered the tournament. He has been linked with a notorious syndicate of thieves however...
Version 1
A Ninja from space, also head of the world theft ring, the "Manji Group." The Manji Group steals only from people who profit from dishonest activities. They are a group of Robin Hoods who return things to poor people. While taking part in the tournament with himself as a decoy, his purpose is to have his clansmen steal the operating funds of the tournament.
Version 2
Yoshimitsu is the leader of the "Manjito", an international criminal organization. The "Manjito" only steal from those who profit by committing injustices, so they are a group of righteous robbers who eliminate merciless people. While he serves as a decoy in the tournament, Yoshimitsu's henchmen will be stealing the operating funds of the Rave War.

Manual
Leader of the Manji/Swastika clan of ninja bandits from a remote mountain region, Yoshimitsu is reputed to have clawed his way out of the bowels of the earth to lead the posse of outlaws from obscurity. The ninjas swoop down from their hideout to rob and pillage, distributing their gains amongst the poor villagers. After dismissing a female assassin(Kunimitsu) from his ranks, for stealing, Yoshimitsu plans a more difficult mission; attempting to infiltrate the Soviet laboratory of Dr Boskonovitch to steal the infinite energy engine that Jack-2 is powered by.
Unfortunately, his team was spotted and, during their retreat, military lasers severed Yoshimitsu's left arm. The mission proved to be a partial success as the scientist accompanied the group out of the Akihabara. To relay his gratitude, Bosconovich fitted Yoshimitsu with a cybernetic arm. It was when Kazuya's men kidnapped the doctor that Yoshimitsu flew into a rage and entered the second tournament to free his venerable scientist.

Tekken 3

        <p style="padding-left:6px"align="justify">
Official: "Lending a helping hand..."
Boskonovitch created the Cold Sleep machine during his experiments in his search for eternal life. The technology, still unproven, was used to preserve his young daughter, who suddenly passed away.
Yoshimitsu raised research funds and as the leader of the Manji party, he helped the poor and disadvantaged. Yoshimitsu visited Boskonovitch when he learned of the many martial artist disappearances. The "Yo-man" was surprised to find Boskonovitch suffering from a mysterious pathological organism. It's believed to have been contracted during lab experiments while making the Cold Sleep machine.
Like some weird sci-fi story, Boskonovitch claims he needs blood from Ogre to live. Indebted to Boskonovitch for saving his life, Yoshimitsu enters the tournament to help an old friend.
Version 1
Dr Bosconovitch saved Yoshimitsu's life, but the circumstances are still not totally clear.[ Well, I think that Dr Boskonovitch saved Yoshi´s life after he was seriously wounded by the military lasers mentioned above^_^ *Tenshimitsu*] Whatever the story, Yoshimitsu now fights for the poor and disadvantaged. This also helps fund Bosconovitch's experiments. Yoshi entered the 3rd Iron Fist Tournament to obtain the blood of Ogre, the God of Fighting. With this, Dr B can complete his research and bring his daughter back to life after she died during the doctors "cold sleep" experiment.
Version 2
Yoshimitsu is the leader of the Manji Clan, a notorious gang of Robin Hood-like space thieves. He entered the Tournament upon learning that his friend Dr. Boskonovitch needs Ogre's blood to live. Yoshimitsu now fights to save the life of the man who once saved him.

Tekken 4

Official
As the leader of the Manji Party, Yoshimitsu dedicated himself to providing food, medical assistance, and shelter to the ever-increasing number of political refugees around the world. Unfortunately, with a constant lack of necessary funding and manpower, Yoshimitsu was unsure about the future of his organization. When Yoshimitsu heard about The King of Iron Fist Tournament 4, he envisioned a union between the Manji Party and the Mishima Zaibatsu. With this dream in mind, Yoshimitsu decides to enter the Tournament immediately. He must defeat Heihachi Mishima at any cost.

Tekken 5

Official
Yoshimitsu, head of the Manji Party, plans to use money
from winning the tournament to help the starving people
                        of the world.
At the end of The King of Iron Fist Tournament 4, Yoshimitsu
broke into the mishima zaibatsu vaults and stole the money
for his own. During this operation, Yoshimitsu noticed
the fallen Brian Fury and rescues Brian for Dr. Boskonovich.
One month later an S.O.S. goes out from Dr. Boskonovich's
research facility. Yoshimitsu rushes to the facility and
finds everything in ruins and many members of the Manji
party slaughtered. Yoshimitsu finds the defeated Dr. Boskonovich
in the deepest section of the research laboratories and
Dr. Boskonovich tells him that it was Brian, with his
newly implanted Perpetual Power Generator, that was responsible
                        for the carnage.
"HE destroyed those who helped him... I'll never
                        forgive him."
Yoshimitsu's fist shakes with anger.
When Yoshimitsu hears Brian has entered The King of Iron
Fist Tournament 5, Yoshimitsu signs up as well, seeking
revenge on behalf of his dead Manji Party members.

Tekken 6

Unofficial translation #1
Yoshimitsu became aware of the Enchanted Yoshimitsu’s rapid descent into disorder while pursing Bryan Furry and trying to avenge his slain clansmen.

The Enchanted Yoshimitsu (that is of course his sword) is actually a Demon Slayer sword; its constant need for blood drives its wielder on to satisfy its needs. And until now, Yoshimitsu had managed to suppress the enchanted sword’s wild cravings by cutting down the evil spirited ones, but that balance has been deteriorating lately, and if things continue as they are, the sword will begin craving a new host. Aware of the situation, Yoshimitsu has taken on another sword, one capable of sealing the power of the enchanted sword, temporarily evading its wild cravings.

Yoshimitsu has entered The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6, where those with wicked spirits will gather, in order to restore the Enchanted Yoshimitsu’s balance.

Unofficial translation #2
Trying to avenge his fallen Manji clan comrades, while going after Bryan Fury, Yoshimitsu realizes that his sword is weakening.

His sword is a cursed blade. By killing evil doers and villains the sword would retain its power, otherwise the cursed sword will make the user go insane.

Yoshimitsu realizes that he can no longer use his old sword and decides to use another blade that seals the properties of the cursed sword. He then decides to enter the King of Iron Fist 6 Tournament.

Yoshimitsu successfully steals the funds from the first tournament and gives the cash to the local poor people.

Tekken 2 Ending

The Yo-man sees the helicopter with Bosconovitch flying away and he jumps up, breaks through the window, and grabs Bosconovitch. He jumps out and does the deathcopter (also called SenPuuKen: his newly learned technique) as the helicopter explodes. He didn't kill anybody in the helicopter: pilots parachuted from the machine.

Tekken 3 Ending

Yoshimitsu and Dr. Boskonovitch are in a laboratory. A jar labeled "Ogre's Blood" sits on a counter filled with a bubbling green substance. They watch a white rat drink some of the liquid from a petri-dish, and look at each other in awe. Suddenly the rat cringes in pain. Yoshimitsu grabs Boskonovitch and runs away from the house as fast as possible. The house explodes as a giant rat goes flying out towards the screen.

Tekken 4 ending

Well, ... Tekken 4 ending has many mysteries to uncover! Thanks to Kirimitsu, I took a closer look to what Yoshimitsu said, and together we discovered something odd... ^_^ Firstly, read two translations of Heihachi's and Yoshimitsu's words: the free translation, which was made before an English version of Tekken 4 arrived, and the official Tekken 4 translation:

Free translation

[ Narrator ]

"Knowledge of the victory stirred up support for the Manjitou. This was the first in a long time that the higan was fulfilled. But Yoshimitsu knew what kind of man Heihachi Mishima was. Yoshimitsu gave the party members instructions and faced the Mishima Headquarters alone."
[ Heihachi ]
"The victor of the tournament is you, but I will not hand over the Mishima Zaibatsu to the Manjitou. You are the embroidery carrying the Manjitou. You provoke the general public with your unrealistic ideals, because of this, you are a hinderance to me."
[ Yoshimitsu ]
"You have decided to go down the road of immorality."
[ Voice from speakers ]
"The vault at the center of the Financial Affairs office has been breached. The Manjitou helicopter..."
[ Heihachi ]
"What? Y-You. Fire! Follow them! Damn you Yoshimitsu!"

Official Tekken 4 translation
[ thanks to Kirimitsu!!! ]

[ Narrator ]
"When word of victory reached the Manji Clan, they were ecstatic--
their long-wanted wish would finaly come true...
Yoshimitsu, however, knew better than to trust Heihachi Mishima.
Yoshimitsu gave an order to his Clan members and headed to the Mishima
manor."
[ Heihachi ]
"You may have won the tournament...
but I will never hand over Mishima Zaibatsu to the Manji Party!
You Manji are nothing but a bunch of con artists.
You incite the masses with your false promises--
and get in our way."
[ Yoshimitsu ]
"Those who tread the path of evil,
shall face judgement eventually."
[ Voice from speakers ]
"Someone has broken into the central treasury vault!
Sir, the Manji have lifted the entire vault with a helicopter!"
[ Heihachi ]
"What? Y-You! Shoot him! After him! Damn you, Yoshimitsu!"

Tekken 5 Ending

Bryan walks slowly through desolated, ruined city. He senses danger but he cannot tell from which side he should expect Yoshimitsu's attack... Then, he suddenly notices him behind the wall. He shoots wildly with his minigun to Yoshimitsu, who starts running away. The bullets chase them... but Yoshimitsu disappears. Bryan looks around, searching for him... and then he looks up, only to see Yoshimitsu coming at him with his famous
"Oboroguruma" attack (Moonsault slayer, QCF+1 ^^"""). He knew he didn't have any chance. Yoshimitsu landed behind him, and after a second, Bryan explodes. Yoshimitsu said: "Inga Ouhou!". It means "Retribution".

Yoshimitsu's stages

Yoshimitsu of course has his own arenas in Tekken. :) Although I don't really know which stage was his in Tekken 1 [ the stages were completely random... ], I can tell you for sure that Yoshi has his very very own stage in Tekken 2, 3 and Tag. Tekken 4 is a little bit enigmatic since not one, but TWO stages match Yoshi [ Jungle Stage... just because it's a forest, and of course Shinjuku! ]. As for Tekken 5, his stage isn't the forest as well, but the climate and meaning of the stage perfectly matches Yoshi's desire for revenge

Tekken 2 - Serene Forest

Let's start with Tekken 2. As far as I know, his stage is called "Serene Forest". It's a dark, damp coniferous forest, which matches Yoshimitsu perfectly in my opinion. Not to mention just awesome Background Music! [ Yeah, we have it in our collection in "Y-podcast" page! ]. The mix of techno beats and monk's singing is just awesome! For many experienced Tekken players it's the best background music in the whole Tekken series.

Tekken 3 - Serene Forest... again!

Tekken 3 stage: it's Serene Forest again! But... a little bit different. :) Below are thumbnail images which link to Serene Forest pictures: we can notice a gate and a wall. :) Now something interesting: first screenshot was taken from the Official Namco Tekken 3 Site, and the second... is the in-game screenshot! It's clearly visible that the in-game forest was edited a little bit :)

Of course we cannot forget about the famous Tekken 3 Yoshimitsu Theme written by [as far as I know ] Sanodg. :) Excellent! It perfectly matches Yoshimitsu's new (and kinda shocking to some) looks. (Not to mention changed battle stance, but this was noticed only by hardcore Yoshi fans) We just had to have it in our collection, and so you can dowlnoad it in mentioned above "Y-podcast" section. Highly recommended!

Tekken 4 - the Jungle

Deep in the untainted wilderness of Yambaru, on the Islands of Okinawa, the peacefull singing of the exotic birds is roughly disturbed by the few combatants that dare to travel into the wild and steamy jungle. For what reason this wilderness is Yoshimitsu's location of choice is unknown; Perhaps there is a Manji hideout in this remote region, or perhaps he came here to meditate and train.
Anyway, Yoshimitsu seems to be well adapted to the jungle- his new 'bug' combat armor perfectly blends in the surrounding plants and trees, while his sharp claws help him moving around in the dense vegetation.
The stage is in fact amazing! Very detailed and very Green. See pictures below!

Tekken 4 - Shinjuku

Golden Gai, the infamous Kabukicho region and the many popular Arcade-halls make Shinjuku one of Tokyo's most popular spots and one of Yoshimitsu's favourite places to hang-out.
It's nightlife has flourished since the Edo period, when this region became the first stop on the old Tokaido road to Kyoto. Be carefull, though, when you are walking in the crowded streets of Shinjuku by night; since from time to time streetfights occur and entire phone boots in front of the cinema's ticket office get smashed in the heat of battle.

Tekken 5 - Hell's Gate

This is the biggest suprise for Yoshimitsu fans. Until Tekken 5, Yoshimitsu's arenas were designed as more or less secret forests, and now? Hell's Gate? But it's really his stage: Yoshimitsu's second outfit brings us to this conclusion. It resembles Japanese "undead" demon (and demons in Japan usually want revenge :)). Does this arena have a symbolical meaning? For sure. Probably Yoshimitsu's desire for revenge brought him at the edge of spiritual fall. Probably with this one wish to murder his sworn enemy he denied everything he believed in and he started his own "ring of evil". But well, take it easy: it's not Hell, just Hell's Gate. :P We don't know yet how it all ended. By now Yoshimitsu watches the purging flames just before the Hell's entrance...

Manjikai Story :)

How it all began?

The date of site's birth is 17.08.2001... It's quite some time ago, don't you think? :) Maybe you're curious about YOT (and now yTS) history? ^_^ I gathered as much late site's stuff as I could, but the projects presented below aren't all I made or planned. :) Ready for the journey? :)

~ Presented by Tenshimitsu

I decided to make my own Yoshi shrine after Kenshichan closed her site, beautiful "Kenshichan's Yoshimitsu Shrine" filled with multimedia, screenshots and various Yoshi-stuff. But my plans weren't only about making a shrine of Yoshimitsu, but a kind of Yoshi-players' center, where they can share their gaming experience. I got started with a small account at "Yahoo Geocities", with little experience in HTML coding, to be honest. :) This site is down now, unfortunately. :) Not only I forgot the password to my Yahoo account, but also I was too lazy to rescue any materials... But I assure you there was truly noting interesting to see. :)

My site's space was quickly running out. :) Firstly, I wanted to "survive" on this very first account [ I'm a sentimental person ^_^ ], but I changed my mind as "Yahoo" removed the FTP service. I hated web-based uploads, so I typed in "Google" search in my browser and began searching for a new home for YOT.

How many YOT changed it's home? Whoah, a lot! After "Geocities" I tried "Angelcities.com", but pop-ups and upload limits irritated me very much... then I moved to "Bravenet.com"... but to my suprise, the host was strictly THE SAME as the one in Angelcities! The same limits, the same banner ads and pop-ups... and HUGE bandwidth limit, which caused my site to be unavailable for most of the time... What did I do? "Google" was in action again. :)

Together with "Bravenet", YOT dramatically changed it's design. Unfortunately I don't have on my computer YOT version 2.00, but the next variations of this layout are very similar to the prototype... maybe only link colours and banner were different... I laso used a lot of Bravenet's services such as Guestbook, Tell-a-Friend, Search Engine... Guestbook was changed not so long ago!!!

Everytime the site was moving, I put on the index page this quickly made picture:

Heh heh, how do you like it? I used a standard Microsoft paint for this... LOL. Also, next to the picture I also put a caption "Yoshimitsu decided to move!". Well... :)

Then, in the year 2002, I found a provider "Web1000.com", and our site became widely-known under "http://yoshimitsu.reallyrules.com" address... well, not that widely-known as I thought, because Web1000 service had a lot of limitations too... for example: YOT was accessible only by people living in UK, USA and the west part of Europe... We had grown very much, but at the sime time we felt that we must move again... Also, During our long existence at Web1000 servers, Dinaga joined the Team and Kirimitsu became YOT co-webmaster. :) Read the following archived pieces of news:

[ 14.11.2002 ]

*sigh* Well, I managed to do only a part of planned work, but it's quite a large amount of various stuff! "Guaranteed to hold your attention for more than 5 minutes!" <= KMAS quotation, I like it!
Dinomitsu joined the Team! Welcome!
I corrected a little all printed friendly versions of Yoshi-data [ borders added ] and... I found a printed friendly Soul Calibur 2 Movelist, straight from www.guardimpact.com website! It's incomplete, though. [ That's not my fault: Namco is lazy with revealing information ].
I see that the Topic "Why Yoshimitsu is the best character" gathers the most loyal Yoshi fans. ^_^ See how Nixelmitsu and Dinomitsu answered this question. [ "Opinion" page ].
New FAQs arrived! One was delivered by Dinaga a.k.a Dinomitsu [ thanks a LOT! ], and another was found in guardimpact.com website... There's nothing mentioned about copyright terms so I think I can put it in the "FAQ Files"section... but I will make sure. Moreover, Dinaga wrote another argument pro Yoshi-obsession. ^_^ Check it out! [ "YKYAOWYW" Page ]

Yahoo! WELCOME! New Year 2003 and the second year of YOT existence!
Erdimitsu and Neomitsu joined the Team! Welcome!
New "Opinion" entry by Akshat! Hmmm, he's not from out Team, but why shouldn't he post his opinion? I didn't say that everybody must join Yoshi Chiimu. ^_^
The last and the greatest change: I have the pleasure to introduce you my "right hand" in YOT, the co-webmaster Kirimitsu! As you have probably noticed, in the menubar the link "About me" is renamed into "YOT Staff". There, you can see Kirimitsu's and mine profiles. Kirimitsu will answer most of your e-mails and messages sent from YOT e-mail forms, he also will correct your Yoshi Quiz forms... ^_^ Now YOT will be more than ever "on-line"! I don't have much time to answer your e-mails just in time, I'm sorry... [ school is consuming me!!! ]. Of course that doesn't mean that I will just go away and forget about you and YOT, I love you and the Team too much. [ and somebody must still think of new Yoshi stuff, huh? ^_^ I will never let you get bored! ]. What else can I say? Go to "YOT Staff" to read more about Kiri and me. ^_^

The layout of YOT in the "Web1000" period was very similar to my "Sounds Project". I planned to make another account, filled only with Yoshi MP3s, because our space at "reallyrules" was running low again. :) Click here to see the "Sounds Project!" The banner, link colours and background were the same on the main site.

This project was never online: it didn't have to, because I found a perfect provider these days: The "Lord-dragon.com" site! It offered a huge amount of 300 MB of space with NO advertisements! Here is a part of news archived from this period:

[ 19.03.2003 ]

WELCOME TO THE NEW LOCATION!
YOT is now bigger and wealthier, so to speak :). I believe it will grow even faster than the old account. ^_^ On this special occasion, the layout was changed a bit ( brand new banner! ). Also, we prepared for you, loyal Yoshi Fan, some special presents! We hope you will celebrate this day together with us!
So...What's new? ^_^

New Yoshi sounds!!! [ "Sounds" page ]

New YOT banners!!! [ "Miscellaneous" page ]

Yoshimitsu WinAmp Skin!!! [ "Movies" page ]

We won't slow down, we promise!!! There's still a lot to do, we have a lot of fresh ideas... but they will be revealed when the time will come. You won't be bored, promise!
These were the presents, but what about other YOT news?
Nixelmitsu sent us more Soul Calibur 2 strategy, which is mainly a response to Tyrade's commentary. Thanks!
There were no other news from our members beside Nixelmitsu's. ^_^
Small note at the end: the server on which we are located is new and so we can experience some down-times in the future. Just in case, we are not going to leave you! Our motto is "Yoshimitsu forever", right!? In the most comfortable situation are YOT members: you will be e-mailed if we experience any serious problems.
Enjoy the new YOT!
Kirimitsu & Tenshimitsu

Unfortunately, we didn't even manage to upload our site, as the "Lord-Dragon" host went down for the reasons unknown. The webmaster of "Lord-dragon" made then a site "Zoph.org", where we received a similar account, but even that time we had a bad luck: the server went down again. :) I decided not to wait any longer... I used "Google" again desperately searching for best solution...

Anyway, YOT at "Lord-dragon" and "Zoph.org" went through some layout upgrades! I made a brand new banner and optimized all pages to be easily viewed in any browser. Click here for a sample page! [ Home Page ] Also, I installed our first PHP Forums at Zoph.org account! It's the Forum you see now... but unfortunately, the server downtime occured unexpectedly, and we didn't manage to do any forum back-up. It was a low blow for all Yoshi fans... I managed to restore only about 30% of our forum messages and threads. Don't worry anyway, now we do weekly back-ups! It taught us a lesson. :)

Finally, I found Gamingsource! I quickly mailed Kirimitsu to put the YOT version we have on web1000 again for review, and sent an application... We made it! We received the present account and started site's installation. :) Here's a news archived from this period:

[ 08.05.2003 ]

Oww....
I really hope it's our last location!!! Thanks to GamingSource Team, we have this great account with even greater services. ^_^ It will take a while to upload all the multimedia we had, and also to restore our forums... [ wish me good luck everybody!!! ]. So that our movies aren't here yet as well as picture gallery... and forum...
Anyway, I hope we will have a great time here.
Let's rock this site again and forever!
Tenshimitsu:)
....ups! Forgot to add our sponsor banner: it's fixed now. ^_^

I decided to celebrate our new, stable location by making a completely new layout: YOT version 3.00, which you see in YOT Archives This version is up since 09.06.2003. ^_^.... which is quite a long period of time, don't you think? :) In "News Archive" are listed all further upgrades we made... and it's not the end, because there's still a lot to do. :) YOT will never stop growing! And with our newest PHP-based pages, all the upgrades will be easier to do.

You probably wonder what you see now. It's YOT version 4.00 basically, embedded into the larger project: the Yoshimitsu's Tekken Shrine. Why did we decide to extend the old Yoshi-only shrine? You can read our brief explanation in the Home Page. Just as all of us, Yoshi can't live alone. :) All the characters are important in Tekken, Yoshimitsu gets more and more involved in their stories. Also, myself I began to play effectively as I started respecting other Tekken fighters. But still, this site will stay filled with Yoshimitsu-related articles, artwork and other goodies! (Yoshimitsu Obsession Team still plays here an important role, it's our tradition, our roots... ) if you don't want this shrine to be totally Yoshimitsu-dominated, why don't you grow up your own Character Shrine under our wings? :) We have all what you need: the server space, forums, experience and a willingness to help you in your webmastering. :) If you don't have experience in making websites, you can be just active in the area devoted to Tekken and your favourite character, you can send us comments and ideas concerning your favourite character's profile page (for example: you can suggest making another page about Mishima story only... write an article... make fan arts... anything!). Yoshimitsu would love to see more and more Tekken fans, do you want to make our TEKKEN Community grow?

Today is 5th September 2004, some days before the yTS Shrine's official launch. This site would not appear without the precious help of Kirimitsu and Dinaga, who spent a lot of free time in testing the site's services, uploading media, and even writing pages. The idea of making version 4.00 of YOT and extending it to a whole Tekken series was born in May'04, see how much time it took us to make our dreams come true! The site is up since 14 August'04 in its basic form, and then we had to work a whole month to reach the stance you see now. In fact I started the preparations in May! And still we didn't manage to do all the job. A lot of things await to be included in our site's pages. Wish us good luck and lots of free time! ^_^

Best wishes from yTS Staff!
[ 08th September 2004, 18:41 pm GTM+1 - yTS launch! :) ]

Storyline

Financed and sponsored by the giant financial groups, the
Mishima Zaibatsu, the first Tekken tournament began with eight fighters,
all of whom had emerged victorious in death matches held all over the
world, all motivated by different motives, all possessing the skill and
        power to crumble mountains.

Many
battles were fought. But only one lone warrior emerged with the right
to challenge Heihachi Mishima for the of King of the Iron Fists. This
warrior was Kazuya, Heihachi's cold blooded son. Bearing the scar given
to him by Heihachi, he enters into vicious combat with his father on the
same field where Heihachi last struck down his own son and dropped him
into a trench at age five.

After
a grueling battle which raged on for hours, Kazuya emerged victorious
by utilizing the skills which had been passed down from generation to
generation of the Mishima clan. As Heihachi's broken body lay on the ground,
Kazuya dropped to his knees and slowly lifted his father into his arms.
Walked slowly to the edge of the same cliff where his father had left
him to die, stared out over the landscape of all that was now his, and
let go of his father's body. As Heihachi's body plummeted, Kazuya's smile
        gleamed in the sunlight...

One year has passed. The Mishima Zaibatsu under Kazuya's
leadership has become even more powerful with its tendrils reaching to
all corners of the world. Soon after his father's apparent death, Kazuya
disappears into the shadows. However, rumors of his immense power, and
a dark side, slowly begin to spread throughout the world. Exactly one
year after the end of the first Tekken, a message is relayed from the
Mishima Zaibatsu fortress to news agencies all over the world announcing
a second tournament with a prize a thousand times that of the first.

So begins the tournament...

After a few days of fierce battles the King of Iron Fist Tournament 2 draws to a close. Jun Kazama comes to the
stunning realization that Kazuya's supernatural strength stems from Devil.
But she cannot help being drawn to him, propelled by a mystic force beyond
        her control.

Several days later, the final challenger arrives to face
Kazuya, the organizer of the King of Iron Fist Tournament 2. In a reprise
of the first Tekken Tournament, the father and son clash in a cursed blood
battle. Eventually, Heihachi emerges scarred but victorious to regain
control of the immense Mishima Conglomerate. Unaware of Devil's presence,
Heihachi casts the lifeless Kazuya into a fiery volcano.

As Kazuya's body burns, the Devil appears before the pregnant
Jun Kazama in a bid to enter the soul of the new life beating within her.
But in a desperate struggle for the future of her child, Jun defeats Devil
and retires to desolate Yakushima so as to raise Kazuya's son, Jin, alone.

Having regained control of the Mishima Conglomerate, Heihachi
sets about to further increase his powers. He embarks on a crusade to
win the trust of world leaders by putting wars and conflicts to rest.
Using his immeasurable wealth, he forms Tekkenshu, a mercenary group employed
to quell conflicts efficiently. He also takes a strong interest in the
well being of developing nations by helping them build agricultural systems
that will sustain them. Through Heihachi's efforts, the world appears
        to be regaining peace.

Around fifteen years have passed and Jin Kazama is now 15 years old.

Under Heihachi's orders, the Tekkenshu are excavating a
Central American archeological site when they discover a mysterious life
form. Heihachi orders the creature's capture, but loses contact with the
Tekkenshu after a garbled radio message, "... they are all dead...
Toshin (Fighting God)?!..." Upon arriving at the dig, Heihachi finds
a field of corpses. Heihachi is wracked by sorrow, but also realizes that
the power of the mysterious life form could be the key to his long dormant
dream of world domination. To obtain this mysterious power of Toshin,
and the world, Heihachi tempts the fates once again...

Within weeks, strange disappearances occur throughout the
world. Persons of strong soul, masters of martial arts and other derivative
fighting disciplines are reported missing... with no knowledge of their
        whereabouts.

Jun Kazama instinctively picks up on the dark power encroaching on her
life. She has no understanding of what it is, but senses that she has
become a target. Accepting her destiny, she tells Jin everything she knows
of their haunted past to prepare him for the fateful day she now feels
is imminent. She tells Jin to go to his grandfather Heihachi if anything
        befall her.

Her
intuition proves right on a cold, stormy night. Toshin comes to the mountains
bringing a chilling, swirling wind. "Run away!" cries Jun. But
against his mother's pleas Jin opts to face Toshin and is knocked unconscious.
When Jin awakens, the house and everything around it is burned to the
ground. Jin searches frantically for his mother but she is nowhere to
be found. Jun has died at Toshin's hands. Honoring her instructions, Jin
goes to Heihachi and begs to be trained in order exact revenge. Heihachi,
hearing Jin's tale, is convinced that Toshin is after the souls of powerful
fighters. To attract Toshin, Heihachi decides to host the King of Iron
        Fist Tournament 3.

Four years later, on Jin Kazama's 19th birthday, the curtains rise for
the King of Iron Fist Tournament 3.

...But Heihachi failed to capture Ogre.

Not willing to give up, Heihachi ordered his researchers
to collect blood samples, skin tissue, and hoof fragments left behind
by Ogre (or known as True Ogre in its true manifestation) in order to
conduct genetic experiments. Heihachi’s goal was to create a new
life form by splicing Ogre’s genome with his own. However, the research
was unsuccessful. After extensive experimentation, Heihachi’s bioengineers
came to the conclusion that an additional gene - the Devil Gene - was
necessary in order to successfully splice Ogre’s genetic code into
another living organism. Heihachi learned that his own genome lacked the
Devil Gene, but he knew someone who did... Jin Kazama.

Two
years ago Jin, who vanquished Ogre in The King of Iron Fist Tournament
3, was shot and mortally wounded by Heihachi. As his life slipped away,
Jin transformed into a Devil. Upon his transformation, he struck down
Heihachi and took flight. Jin’s whereabouts were unknown after the
Tournament. Heihachi searched for Jin to no avail. However, Heihachi discovered
a photograph during his investigation that stirred his curiosity. The
20-year-old photograph was an image of a burnt corpse covered with laceration
wounds. Heihachi paid particular attention to the corpse’s back,
which had what looked like deformed, protruding wing-like limbs.

Convinced that the picture was of Kazuya, his own son whom
he threw into a volcano 20 years ago, Heihachi diverted all his resources
into a search for the body. This search eventually led Heihachi to G Corporation,
a leading-edge biotech firm making unprecedented advances in the field
        of biogenetics research.

Heihachi
discovered that G Corporation found the corpse and extracted and analyzed
its genetic data. In fact, Heihachi learned that the company was in the
midst of creating a new life form by using the data. Heihachi also determined
that Kazuya’s remains and research data were secured at G Corporation’s
Nebraska and Nepal research laboratories, respectively. On Friday, 25
December, the Tekken Force raided G Corporation’s maximum security
research laboratory in Nepal. The bottom floors of the building were obliterated,
and the remaining data storage facility containing file servers was airlifted
by a group of heavy-duty helicopters.

At the same time, a separate unit led by Heihachi infiltrated
the underground research facility in Nebraska, where Kazuya’s remains
were preserved. As Heihachi observed from his helicopter, he soon realized
that unlike the Nepal facility, the operations in Nebraska were not going
according to plan. The tactical status monitor screens showed the first
wave of the Tekken Force troops being blown out from the storage room
where Kazuya’s remains were supposedly kept. A silhouette of a large
figure slowly emerged from the room... When Heihachi could see clearly
enough, he instantly recognized the large figure as Kazuya.

Kazuya
was resurrected in G Corporation’s research facility. After his resurrection,
Kazuya offered his body as research material to determine the true nature
of the Devil that resided within him. Kazuya’s goal was to unify
his two selves into one. Kazuya theorized that if he unified his body
with the Devil, he would be able to truly harness its powers. He could
then finally take revenge against Heihachi and the Mishima Zaibatsu (Financial
        Empire).

Enraged that Heihachi thwarted his plans, Kazuya obliterated
the heavily armed Tekken Force and vanished into the flames of the lab’s
wreckage. Heihachi was infuriated by Kazuya’s escape and took out
his anger on his hapless subordinates who reported the escape.

Abel, Heihachi’s lead scientific advisor, urged the
enraged Heihachi to quickly find a way to capture Kazuya. Once his anger
subsided, Heihachi focused his mind and decided on a plan. An evil smile
crept upon his lips. Two years had passed since The King of Iron Fist
Tournament 3. The Mishima Zaibatsu announced The King of Iron Fist Tournament
4 and placed the massive financial empire as the top prize. The champion
who manages to defeat Heihachi at the end of the Tournament would inherit
        the Mishima Zaibatsu.

Well aware that the tournament is just a trap designed
to lure him out, Kazuya nevertheless enters - it is his chance to defeat
        Heihachi.

"After The King of Iron Fist Tournament 4 had ended, the violent battle of
father and son, Mishima Kazuya and Kazama Jin continued at the Mishima
Zaibatsu's Honmaru.
The result was that Jin was captured by the Tekken Forces and Heihachi KO'ed
Kazuya at the battle.

"Heh, pathetic. Worthless coward. And you (Jin), time to die boy."

The deadly battle between Heihachi and Jin continued once again...The
angered Jin who had grew a pair of black wings, his power even surpassed
Heihachi's at that time, and Heihachi slowly realized that his death was
imminent.
But not long after that, Jin regained his old self and fled Honmaru, leaving
thr words "Thanks my mother... Kazama Jun".
The exhausted Heihachi was resting. After that there was only silence...
...However the silence was broken when an aircraft noise could be heard from
afar.
That noise eventually turned into an explosion noise. When Heihachi thought
he heard noises like something was launched, one by one the Jacks were
breaking in, tearing through the ceiling.

Heihachi instantly thought that this is one of Kazuya's plan, however, when
Kazuya regained his consciousness due to the earthquake and the explosions,
he also failed to understand what has happened.

"Who the hell are you people?!"
As Heihachi screamed, the Jacks charging toward them both.

Eventhough they would never willingly cooperate, Heihachi and Kazuya start
to fight the Jacks together.
However, even though they destroyed numberous units, the enemy numbers
seemed never decreased- The Jacks reinforcement keep breaking in.
And so even the great Heihachi started to lose his breath. Then when this
happened, Kazuya suddenly betrayed Heihachi by throwing him right into the
enemies swarm.

"RRAHHH!! YOU BASTARD!! KAZUYA!!"

Kazuya glanced at the screaming Heihachi for a while, then took the chance
to charge through a hole between the enemie Jacks, and eventually managed to
escaped from Honmaru.

Straight afterwards, the Honmaru was vanished along with the explosion.

A man wearing all black, watched the incident calmly.
The man then gently touched his ear, then confirmed that he was online and
reported one sentence.

"Heihachi Mishima is dead."

Right after that, a Jack came out from nowhere, attacking the man from
behind- But with one slash, the man split the Jack into halves with a blade.
At the same time, the man's figure was vanished.

Honmaru was vanished without any traces, and the surrounding was covered by
ashes. But no one witnessed that among the ashes, the rubbles were blown up,
and a figure appeared.

A few days later, the death of Mishima Zaibatsu head, Mishima Heihachi,
reaches the people's ears all over the world.
While this supposed to be the end of the Mishima Zaibatsu, however, a
mysterious person took over the top position of Mishima Zaibatsu, then
brought the Zaibatsu back to its peaceful condition as if nothing was
happened.
And then, after one month, the Mishima Zaibatsu sponsored and announced the
opening of The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5. The enigmatic King of Iron
Fist Tournament once again has opened its curtain..."

The 5th “King of the Iron Fist Tournament” has ended with Heihachi Mishima missing and the eventual winner being Jin Kazama.

Jin Kazama then assumes the role as head of the Mishima Zaibatsu and beings using the special Tekken force units for propaganda and manipulative acts all over the world. Eventually many people become upset by this and it starts riots and eventually war amongst nations.

With the world now at war, many nations lose their power and the Mishima Zaibatsu declares itself as an independent nation.

The Mishima Zaibatsu is intent on conquering the world with only G Corporation to stand in its way. People around the world see G Corporation as a savior and G Corporation offers a price on Jin Kazama to anyone that can bring him in alive.

Just as anyone could have expected, the announced for the 6th “King of Iron Fist Tournament” was under way.

Those that want to make a name for themselves, those that seek money, and those that want revenge. Many different ideals and goals gather while the Tekken 6 tournament is unveiled.
