OPINION TOPIC No.6
Hardest opponent for Yoshimitsu?
Started by Dinomitsu

Dinomitsu's opinion

I know Yoshi actually CAN`T be defeated, but I just wanted to see who could be hardest opponent for Yoshi (from ANY video game)?
In my opinion it would be Rayden from Mortal Kombat...electric`n`sword combat, hard, but Yoshi would offcourse win! What do you think?

Tenshimitsu's opinion

Huh? Hah hah hah! ^_^
Hardest opponent for Yoshimitsu? Such fighter does NOT exist. ^_^ Oh, unless he/she can commit suicides and then stand up and resume fighting, heal himself/herself any time, suck opponent's life, teleport where-ever he/she wants, is faster than anybody on Earth, knows every available martial art, is plain unstoppable.... ^_^ These are Yoshimitsu's skills, is there anybody who is that good?
But if I were to choose, I think that the Inferno/Charade would be the hardest opponent for Yoshimitsu. His sword's power was awakened with a help of evil spirits, what if Yoshimitsu loses control over his sword? Yoshi is not a saint either, he used to be only a ninja: stealth assassin. The evil incarnated: Inferno, can be very deceptive. He may cause Yoshimitsu be filled with remorse about his past life... Anyway, I'm sure Yoshimitsu can defeat anything, he develops not only his skills, but also his mind, as every true fighter does.

Nixelmitsu's opinion

Paul.

No more.

He's cheap.

It's that Phoenix Smasher.

So gay.

Kill him.

Goldenmitsu's opinion

The fastest opponents are the hardest. I think that Ling Xiaoyu, Nina Williams and Jin Kazama are the hardest, but just in the hands of a real master. For Nina Williams you must be far from her, use great range attacks and, if she grab you, push 1 and/or 2, escape and attack, teleport away, use your juggles. For Ling Xiaoyu, watch out for hers backturned position and Phoenix Stance, Manji Spin Kicks, Moonsault slayer and maybe sword slice should be useful. For Jin Kazama, block his attacks, be fast and unblockable, never run to him, be careful, use only fast attacks and try to juggle and combo him a lot... The other ones shouldn't be a real menace for a Yoshi Master.

Ultimitsu's opinion

Yoshimitsu's hardest opponent, well he's got many (unfortunately)! There's Heihachi, Kazuya, Devil, Jin, True Ogre (I doubt regular Ogre can beat him but anyway) and he'd probably draw with Paul! If you ask me though, with attacks like that I doubt anybody could beat Yoshimitsu! :-) ^_^

Kogamitsu's opinion

no opponent is impossible, too hard or even hard to Yoshimitsu, but the cheapest are always the worst: Paul (T3,T4), Nina (T4 when level 5 or above), Steve (see Nina). And from other videogames...okay, sounds stupid but Lara Croft from the Tomb Raider series (especially in AOD). She doesn't know how to fight without guns ("What? I ran out of ammo? What am I suppose'ta do now? Punch and kick?"), and... well, Yoshimitsu uses the Katana quite rarely, but it could be useful while balancing. And, seriously, when Yoshimitsu would attack, Croft would only jump out of the way, climb somewhere safe, into a tree perhaps, and keep shouting at Yoshimitsu until he finally looses his temper and shakes her down from the tree.
