It is the PERFECT guide to be ever written. So lets go. Punishers: 1, Flash (1+4) the fastest move in the game ? i6 think its 6 frames.. There are other ways to do flash...1~4 (extended flash) range of flash is a bit a long but takes one more frame. No sword stance(aka nss) flash(nss extended flash also) has better range and leads to bigger juggle. Juggle for 1ss flash 1. ..d/b 3,3,4, cd+1 (strict timing needed) 2. ..Flea 2 good old combo :p 3. .. Flea 1 flea roll is good for maintaining pressure, flea roll leads you into FC and followups are sword sweep, FC u/f+3 and other FC options( will discuss FC later) most damaging flash combo is ... Flea u 3+4 (44 damage) there are few nearly impossible combos for flash. Google for them. :p

Darn, writing guide in mobile is tougher than i thought. ^_^. Any how lets in with the second punisher 1,1 negative on frames on hit(Damn namco gave -ve frames for high damage). The second his is bounce hence you can occasionally catch hop kicks or air born into juggle. Overall good damage but you lose momentum and falls little short of range to punish push back moves. 3rd punishers are d/f 1 or d/f 4 both of them are good as push back punishers except for 1 frame diff d/f 1 being faster. 2,2 good punisher, sacrificing damage for +ve 5 frames.

Oops correction.. d/f 4 is 12 frame while d/f 1 is 13 frame. And how for 15 frame punishes we have u/f 3, nss d/f 2. Both being launchers.

Added 16 minutes later:

And for 16 frame punishes we have d/f 2,2. Or f,f 4.

Added 1 hour 37 minutes later:

For 17 frame punisher we have cd+1 and f 1+2. As for while standing punisher in nss FC 1+2 is a 9 frame punisher but applicable to only some situations. For 10 frame punisher .. there are FC 1 or ws 1+2. ws 1+2 is useful in catching some one who tries to get hop kick or does any air borne move. But for some pushback moves with FC ..FC 1 will hit.
