just a question about the tekken 6 online faq

is someone working on it?
if you want I could help in the progress of this faq and filling it in

Ehhh... I didn't finish it yet from the scripting side. Blame me, after work I'm not strong enough to sit extra hours at the PC. But I'm gathering strength! :P

oh k~
I was just wondering

just made a combo while in training room, maybe u should add it to the list cuz I haven't seen anyone else post this or use it (yay my exclusive combo). Although I didn't examine it that well to know if it's on its full potential or not.

!!gehosen mix ups X.x!!

4~3, f,N,d,d/f+1 , KIN+2,1+2 B! b+2,1 79 dmg

I'm not sure if you can ~KIN f+2 at the end though, I didn't manage to pull that off.
I'm also not sure if you can f+3+4~FLE+2 at the end.

4~3, f,N,d,d/f+1 ,2 , f+1+2 B! f+3+4~FLE+2 82 dmg

I found yet another new combo in training mode while I was searching for the best damaging combo for the face splitter/ ochimucha hunter wich I use frequently during the match to confuse my opponent into thinking I'm doing my unblockable in result him mostly attacking and for me gaining a counter hit by executing face splitter... anyways I finally found a good damaging combo with it..

(b,b+1+4) ~ CH 1+2, ,ssr, d/f+1, 2, f+1+2 B! f+3+4~FLE+2 72 dmg

if you guys know some better suggestions to use during a lag match (since it's impossible to execute without 5 bars), please feel free to post them

That's a cool looking combo. The damage does not justify the difficulty, the timing is very strict. If you do cd+1 early, you'll miss and if you do it late KIN+2,1+2 won't hit. The best damaging combo is 85 damage and is easier to do and other variations aren't as hard as this one. 4~3 is a very big launcher so I'd get as much damage as I can from it. If you're pretty consistent with it though then it's really up to you how you want to do your combos.

I'd say that is the most damaging combo for Face Splitter I've seen so far. The move isn't a move I normally use myself but I guess when I do get to use it, I'll know what to do.

Also I really don't like having lag as a factor for anything. Lag is very unpredictable so having strategies playing with lag wouldn't help with your execution or your play style in general. Preferrably you'd want to play offline with other people but since most people don't have that much people to play with I'd understand if you want to get used to playing with lag online. Lag will ruin you if you get too accustomed to it.

thanks for the reply, I'm pretty much aware of the 85 dmg combo with the 4~3 setup, but as u can see here, I try to think out of the box and look for a combo that exceeds the most dmging 85 combo (unsuccesful try though). And for the facesplitter, you shouldn't underestimate it. People on an intermidate gameplay level, always try to counter it before the sword impale animation finishes (except if they do a throw attempt), you counter that tought with the face splitter and u get a free combo. You should try to use it sometimes when your opponent tries do do an ukemi and he's got a wall behind him. Try to mix up sword impale and face splitter for good massive damage.

It's a good thing to keep in mind I think. and worth adding in a certain strategy.

I made some new combo's tonight, involving the U/F+3 move. Not the rising knee, but the jump -> 3 stun kick.

U/F+3, d/f+1, 2, f+1+2 B! f+3+4~FLE+2 77 dmg

U/F+3, dash, 2, b+1+1+1+1, f+1+2 B! b+2,1 74 dmg
U/F+3, dash, 1, b+1+1+1(+1whiff)+1, f+1+2 B! b+2,1 72 dmg

pretty good combo's imo, but :
U/F+3, dash, 2, b+1+1+1+1, f+1+2 B! b+2,1
is very hard to do, especially with the strict timing of the "2" punch, wich makes it possible to do the slap u silly follow-up without the 4th hit being a whiff

U/F+3, d/f+1, 2, f+1+2 B! f+3+4~FLE+2, is the most easiest to do and obviously the most damaging I think...

maybe I should open a new thread featuring 'freestyle combo's wich aren't mentioned before' instead of posting in this tekken 6 online faq o.o
