Tekken Character Endings

Just b-cause you have a problem to solve doesn't mean your unhappy! Also, what about some of the more humurous pplz in tekken?:O_o And our beloved Yoshi seems happy with himself, what with Brian defeated, Kuni dead, and he' the Manji's powerful leader. Think about it.

You actually took that serious :dontgetit

:D :D :D

...

my bad. so you don't agree with TRSS02?

Lol, you took me serious as well :D

For what I've noted, there are few Tekken characters that would actually need to pay a visit to a shrink... but wor Yoshi ain't definitely one of 'em! :D

Okay, take Jinpachi, for example. His goal is to annihilate all existence. Eh? Why?
(Besides, I find it hard to take seriously a guy that has a mouth on his belly! :dontgetit)
(And second note, how would he feel if Yoshimitsu - for example - turned him into a toast?)

Then, Anna. About the most oddest scene in T5, as I played it through with Anna and defeated Yoshimitsu, she actually said to him; "Such a lovely face..." Hello? The guy still had his mask on! Heh.

Xiaoyu can't either be in her right mind. "Oops! I won"? And somehow, the whole idea about a time machine seems a little off... especially in Tekken.

Paul, too. "Now how am I gonna get to the outer space?" He wouldn't last a second against a yautja warrior! (That's something I'd like to see, by the way. Predator/Tekken crossover)

Come to think of it, I guess Yoshi is about the only sane character left in the series. Bryan is a lunatic. So are the Mishimas. Xiaoyu and Phoenix too. Both Williams are insane as well.

This is my opinion. And I'm glad to note I wasn't the only one disappointed in Raven's ending. :)

"Such a lovely face..."... LOL :D

Knowing Anna, it's not hard to believe that she likes people with... masks on. :O_o :|

About Xiaoyu... well, you're right. Damn Namco screws up the storyline more and more.

What?! Kunimitsu's dead?!?! Since when?!:( Oh, god, I can't go on!!!!! (I lodge a butcher knife into my stomach)

Another character I think needs to see a shrink... or a doctor... is good ol' Mr. Jinrei. Sometimes when I see him I stop to think, "Is he crazy, or is he just senile? Maybe a little from Column A and a little from Column B?". I mean, just look at some of these things I've listed!

1. His name is WANG for god's sake! He's an old fart, not a reproductive organ!

2. He's friends with Jinpachi, some kind of beast that's only goal is to crush humanity and destroy all existence, probably even himself.

3. When a fight starts he walks in with an "injured" back, but once he starts fighting he's fine.

4. When he wins a fight he says "Xiaoyu, is dinner ready yet?" (I've never seen him say this but my friend said he has).

Manji clan member : And our beloved Yoshi seems happy with himself, what with Brian defeated, Kuni dead, and he' the Manji's powerful leader. Think about it.

Well...

1. There is no proof whatsoever that Kunimitsu is dead or that she was killed by Yoshimitsu.

2. As of yet, there is no proof Yoshimitsu defeated Bryan in Tekken 5. For all we know, Bryan could have won and killed your beloved Yoshimitsu.

Okay, I agree, Kuni may not be dead. But did you not see Yoshi's ending where he sliced brian in half and he EXPLODED!?

I figured Yoshi destroyed the whatever power source good ol' Boskonovitch kindly provided him with, and that's why Bryan exploded. Besides, wasn't he a cyborg already? There might be some other things inside him that could explode too.

(That, or Bryan had really bad gas... :con)

Manji clan member : But did you not see Yoshi's ending where he sliced brian in half and he EXPLODED!?

Yes of course, Yoshimitsu is one character whose ending I'd definiatly not want to miss. :) But I am saying that Bryan's ending might be the cannon one. Did you see the way he fucked up Yoshi with that Desert Eagle?

So your saying they will continue Brian's instead of yoshi's?:no

I've done some thinking while playing (something I should never do at the same time), and I've tried to close up the possibilities of the endings that take place. You see, some of the endings 'disable' other endings, and I tried to calculate the possibilities of 'em by observing the sub-boss scenes and epilogues. The percent numbers represent the 1st character's ending, the 2nd character's ending and the possibility that neither takes place. Here are a few of my musings:

Bryan / Yoshimitsu
Chance: 33.3% - 33.3% - 33.3%
First off, the whole story mode of Bryan's is filled with illogical statements, such as him not recognizing Lei Wulong. But on the other hand, the scene with Yoshi fighting Raven seems a little artificial to me... insignificant. It may be that neither of the sub-boss scenes took place. Since both of the sub-bosses are insignificant, they shouldn't be counted in. And because both Bryan's and Yoshimitsu's boss-scenes and epilogues are significant and logical, they are 'worth' the same.

(This is just my opinion, but my hope is that Yoshimitsu will defat Bryan, but Bryan's ending would be the supreme one. I don't want Yoshimitsu to become a murderer.)

Nina / Anna
Chance: 30% - 25% - 45%
I think there's only a little chance that Anna's ending would happen. More likely Nina's ending takes place, but the highest chance is that neither one happens. You see, unlikely Namco kills off Anna, but I think it'd be ridiculous if some amateur Primadonna beats a professional assassin. Perhaps they don't ever face each other in the Tournament?

Marduk / King
Chance: 50% - 50% - 00%
I have my faith in King's ending. Not because it's a 'happy ending', but since in both sub-boss scenes Marduk states he'll take King down "fair and square", it might be that he truly has changed his ways. But still, Marduk's ending left out a possibility of a new nemesis, Steve Fox. Either way, another one of the endigs does happen.

You know, come to think of it. I found that some endings are like what was stated by Koga and I also found that some endings was just lame or you expected more out of them. In some other cases, you would not expect what happened in them. You expected the opposite of what would happen.
