TEKKEN 6

guys I hate to sound like a noob, but can someone please tell me what (B!) means, is it something to do with yoshi having his sword out during a combo or something like that? :con

Did the background flash red every now and then in the video? It looked bad, bad enough to be an enemy of those who suffer of epilepsy and migraine, but I hope it was just the poor quality of the video that made it look so intense.

I actually hope they'll never put Yoshi among the most strongest ones. Thus he remains a character that requires skill to be used well.

(Though that might also be why he's not that popular - that is, what I've come to understand - mainstream is too bloody lazy to even try and master him, that's why there's so many jins, eddies/christies and hwoarangs around. At least where I meet other players.)

It did Koga, the red background does also looks very intense, maybe if the colour was not so bright it might not be that much of a problem to those who do suffer from epilepsy and migraines, but I wouldn't know for certain.

Mainly those light are like those used from WWE when someone enters the ring and some of the light they use do affect those with epilepsy and migraine, so if you can surrive that, then you should not have a problem.:)

To be quite honest where I come from we don't have many jins, eddies/christie players.

we have a few Hwoarangs tho and it is bloody annoying, but Starscreem one of our top players and also Dinosaur are very well tlented with Hwoarang.

Oh my... don't you know something called "rethorical question"? :dozingoff

And B! is a new system status called the "Bound status". It's simply slaming an opponen to the ground in such a way that he can be juggled afterwards.

... it was enough to read Tekken 6 news ... SDtekken.com to be exact.

Thx Ten, B system is great, i never wathed this video, so, after 1,1 there is B system, is it correct? but all chars have got a b status?:|

Sorry to inturput:)

From what I have seen I think all chracters have the B system because I think I saw a bit of the b system for Raven yesterday.

oh and TEKKENbrother this video is espicily for you, there is a lot of examples of a yoshimitsu player using the B system in this video.:)

OMG she's huge!!!

I just read that on the arcade machines you can't sidestep nancy's attacks. The PS3 has a patch so that you can.. Maybe It's more difficult to beat her on the arcade manchines:con

Nancy MIS47J hmmmm if i can play whit here no one well stop me Muhahahaha just joking:D

Been watching quite a few matches lately from our friend youtube, and I must admit I'm very looking forward to getting my hands on the game as well. It all looks very nice, I especially like Yoshimitsu's new, more calm style. It's hard to take someone seriously when they look like something straight out of Eminem's "Shake that" video. The large variety of moves, however, makes me think I'll stick with Bryan... I've no brain capacity to re-learn Yoshimitsu tricks.

There are only a few major minuses on the videos I've been watching, and I'm not referring to the quality. One of them is the amount of effects they've got. It's not that visible on youtube, but according to screen shots if you start bashing someone real hard, you can't eventually see your character anymore due to the big amount of energy lines and impact effects. Messy, I think.

Another one is very visible in a Bryan vs. Christie fight I just watched, which is the excessive juggling. Basically, it seems that once you've got your opponent in the air, they can let down their pads and go for a cigarette; their game is over. Even though juggling needs skill and excellent timing, it really doesn't seem fair play if it all comes down to the launch.

At least, that's my opinion. I can't juggle, so I've got the right 8)

On a side note, is the launch day "still to be announced 2008"? They don't have right lot of time left.

I asked in an HMV store a while ago and I was told the date they've been given is 20th Feb 2009. I've since checked the web and other companies are quoting that date too. I hope it's just a cruel joke. A nasty rumour that got out of hand but...

Ah well, I'm sure we'll all console one another until then.
