Hey guys, I was watching the revalation of the Xbox One on a live stream and I must say, I'm not that impressed. They coupled it with a Kinect sensor which watches you while you sleep and offers alot of Tv-like cable television entertainment. Microsoft in my opinion has strayed from improving and designing better graphics and improve video gaming. they took about 5 minutes or less, talking about Video Games and Graphics, and the rest of the session was about its ability to use netflix, the kinect sensor, and "xbox off, xbox on" and other useless voice commands. If you want to play used games, you'll have to pay extra, and theyre extremely tight-lipped on whether or not the Xbox One will be able to play Xbox 360 games. So in short, the xbox one is a useless "big belly" VCR and Cable Box all in one.<-My opion.
So my question to all my manji artists! What are your thoughts on the xbox one? Which one will you be getting XboxOne or PlayStation 4? I'm getting the PS4 simply because its better, its free online gaming and it has a much better controller and also most of you are on the playstation side anyways so now i can link up with you guys and have a blast with the manji clan. ^_^
I'll get PS4:
- only if it gets new Tekken
- simply because I'm Playstation user, and don't want to change to Xbox.
Not really any sophisticated reasoning from my side...
Unless there's going to be a 'can't-miss-this' game that I must have that will require these consoles, I'll be sticking with my xbox 360, it still has potential and it still entertains. In fact I still have my N64 that I can still play and have fun with (Pokemon Stadium Mini-games were my childhood favorites) lol
. Point is, there's absolutely no reason to buy new consoles except for the fact that the new games coming out will only work on that console. I don't give a crap what it can offer, I want the game
Killer Instinct looks interesting... microsoft got away with that one. but still, am going back home to my PSN family. #ShotsFired. lol
The whole "family oriented" vibe that comes off from the XBox - One is kind of making me lean towards the PS4. Also, some PS Exclusive must-have games such as Kingdom Hearts III is really convincing me to get the new PS4.
PS4, really it's no contest.
I will stick with the ps4 as well due to the games we all know and love, superior specs and overall none requirement for being online all the damn time *_* none the less killer instinct does look awesome so damn you mircosoft
If no Tekken is released on PS4, then I seeno reason of getting this platform ^_^ I'm not that hardcore gamer as I used to be.
What might jump my decision is the fact that xbox is getting dedicated servers. Might mean considerably less (maybe to the point of non existent) lag on fighters.
I know one thing for sure, I get host migrations on games like cod bo2, halo, and even transformers 2. I believe mentioned "dedicated servers" will get rid of this, but I'm not exactly sure how it will affect everything else. I'll update once I learn more when the information does come out. As for my decision now, I'm going to get an xbox one. Maybe not right away, but I really, really REALLY want to play Killer Instinct. One of my favorite games as a kid, and I'm getting real hyped for it. I might get a ps4 down the line if finances allow me to, because of the amount of friends I have that are on ps or plan on getting ps4
quick question guys, which console has the most tekken players on it? ps3 ttt2 or xbox360 ttt2?
Another thing; i suffer from long ping times, meaning i live in antigua and my switch station or isp main antenna is in jamaica. so even though i have a 4g connection, i still get 1 bar and 2 bars if i'm lucky. As a result of this, online gameplay is extremely frustrating. I get constant hate mail and people swear on their lives that i'm lag switching. Would dedicated servers help my situation?

Killer Instinct would be the only reason I'd want to get an XBox, but I don't want to have to sign up for XBox Live, so I'll just stick with PlayStation.
To be fair, you still have to pay as much as xbox live on ps for online multiplayer.
As for your situation YD, I'm not exactly sure, I'm sure it helps but I'll keep watching for the details
